Dara Watson, RN, BSN, founded PeakWell Mobile Wellness to help athletes stay safe, hydrated, and performing at their best in Florida’s heat. With more than seven years of nursing experience and firsthand involvement in youth sports, she combines clinical expertise with a passion for keeping athletes healthy on and off the field.
